Retail eyewear purchases made through Metro Vision are subject to manufacturer warranties and store policies described at the time of sale.<\/span><\/p>\n \n 3. Eligibility and Patient Responsibility<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n By using our services or purchasing products, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. \n 4. Appointments, Payments, and Refunds<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Appointments<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Appointments may be scheduled by phone. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee of $89.00.<\/span><\/p>\n Payments<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Metro Vision accepts payment via major credit cards, debit cards, cash, or approved insurance plans. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made<\/span><\/p>\n Refunds and Returns<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Prescription eyewear is custom-made and cannot be refunded once lenses have been ordered. Frame exchanges may be permitted within <\/span>seven (7) days<\/b><\/span> if in new, unworn condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Non-prescription sunglasses and accessories may be returned within <\/span>14 days<\/b><\/span> of purchase with receipt. Contact lenses must be unopened and in original packaging. \n 5.
