Because our products are custom fabricated to your exact specifications, our return policy reflects the made-to-order nature of our work.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#0a1f44;margin-top:36px;\">All Sales Final on Custom Orders<\/h2>\n<p>Custom fabricated products \u2014 including cornices, cupolas, dormers, chimney caps, and conductor heads built to your specified dimensions, materials, or colors \u2014 are <strong>non-returnable and non-refundable<\/strong> once production has begun. We encourage you to double-check all dimensions and specifications before placing your order. If you have questions, contact us before ordering and we are happy to help.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color:#0a1f44;margin-top:36px;\">Defective or Damaged Products<\/h2>\n<p>We stand behind the quality of our work. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within <strong>5 business days<\/strong> of delivery at <a href=\"mailto:decorap@sbcglobal.net\">decorap@sbcglobal.net<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>To process a defect or damage claim, please include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your order number<\/li>\n<li>A description of the issue<\/li>\n<li>Photographs clearly showing the defect or damage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Upon review, we will either repair, replace, or issue a credit for the affected item at our discretion. After that window, cancellations are subject to a restocking or materials fee reflecting work already completed.
