Custom & Made-to-Order Products
The majority of our products — cornices, cupolas, dormers, chimney caps, and conductor heads — are custom fabricated to your specifications. Because each piece is made to order, all sales are considered final once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time your order is placed will be the price charged. For custom or non-standard sizes, pricing will be confirmed via quote prior to production.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the amount shown for your order. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider.
Lead Times & Shipping
Custom fabricated products require lead time before shipment. Estimated lead times will be provided at or shortly after the time of order. Lead times may vary depending on product complexity, order volume, and material availability. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any damage within 5 business days.
